What is the Decree about? You have not mentioned about the Document of title. as to how the legal heirs became the owner of their share of the property. Moreover the notarised document has to be verified from its sources of issue. However the Registered Power of Attorney Will serve the purpose. Get The matter scrutinised prior to finalising the deal. you should have to make the payment in the account of owner it may be risky in this case as possibility can not be ruled out for any fraud as GPA may be fake
