There are some property of my grandfather. My grandfather have 4 children. Out of this my father died and I am the only son left. My uncle and my nephew are finding the deeds and somehow cheatingly authorising themselve as owner. How can we go about it?

first of all make entry in revenue record as as legal heir by producing death certificate of your father then file a suit of partition
