Asked in Property
Dear Sir, During the lifetime of your father you have no right but you may assemble the common friends and elders of the village and convince them to give you equal share. Please mark “LIKE” if satisfied by my answer.
It depends on the type and nature of the property you are talking about. If it is a self acquired property of your father no one else can deal with it. But in case of ancestrial property the things may be different. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
your father has all the right on self acquired property you can claim only in ancestral property
you cannot claim any stake in the self-acquired property of your father against his wishes
