Injunction Suit

i am from Goa- India, owner of an ancestral house, co-owner of land. other co-owner filed injunction suit on house construction made by me (co-owner). this house is ancestral. construction is done till lintel level. this house is the only structure in the entire property surrounded by wooden fencing and this house is registered in village panchayat for last 45 years. now, can a co-owner stops other co-owner from making repairs to an ancestral house? what are the steps to be taken by me (the owner of the house) to challange against the suit. any reference?
