IP (insolvency Petition) Case On House Property

Backaround: I bought a house in the year Dec 2017 1) When i bought the house it was on pending loan with LIC housing ltd. So i took loan from same LIC housing and cleared pending blance which previuos owner owes and rest paid to owner via cheque from LIC. 2) No issues with Sale deed and EC is clear 3) Resigistration done successfully and transfered all water and electricity Services on my name as well. 4) In 2018 we got letter to house that a IP case has been filled and my name mentioned as R2. R1 (owner: he is LIC employee) has some debts outside which he has not cleared (Note: Filling date of the case is Aug 2018.Which is 8 months after my purcahse). 5) I heared lawyer and filled counter as R2, but R1 (previuos owner) never filled counter it is almost 9 hearings completed. Question: - I am worried to clear my loan principle, is there will be a problem to me w.r.t property . - How many times judge will allow if R1 is not filling counter.
