Financer misused my documents. I have a proof as while giving blank documents I have a photostat of them with me. but later on that person filled the blank sale deed to show it as if we have sold my property to them. but he has misued them. now fir has been registered. tell me what to do now

Dear Client, If FIR has been registered on your complaint, then you should cooperate with the police in investigation and wait for finalization of the same. You may also file a civil suit for declaration and permanent injunction against the financer.

FIR been registered you have to await for the police to file charge sheet. Besides you can challenge / get injunction for sale of those property by them.. You may file a suit for declaration of that deed as null & void, if necessary..
