Asked in Property
If both your father and your uncle are agreeable, they can cancel the earlier partition and enter into an agreement for Family Partition. The partitioned property has to be identified by demarcating with clear boundaries and it has to be registered with the registrar by paying stamp duty.
yes you can file a suit for partition
If you find fault with this mutual agreement between your father and your uncle and you want that such fault should be removed and the agreement should be rectified ,you may ask your uncle or his successor for such amendment or rectification in the deed. first you may do it orally and later on you may give a written notice to that effect.
Once the Panchyat has got the Partition finalised and cannot be scrapped and reopened again. Both of the Parties have to describe special reasons for get the partition effected again for the same land and between the same parties. Contact me after reviewing my resume if some further discussion is required.
If this partition is beneficial to you then continue with it. Reopening of partition which is already acted upon cannot be reopened that easy. Please give me Rank 5 and Review my Resume and Follow me if my answer satisfies you
