Land Owner Signed On Deed As A Witness | Vkeel - Free Legal Advice

In 2002, my grandpa and his 4 sons have signed as a witness in a property deed document where my grandpa's land survey number added as fraudulent. The revenue department says it's not possible to recover the land now. Please suggest me, can we fight back in Court now. Or advise me, please
