Land Partition Between 5 Sons | Vkeel - Free Legal Advice

My Grandfather (late) has 4 sons and 1 daughter. As per our knowledge, he didn't write any WILL regarding his property. But somehow two elder brothers have a part of land documents on their name. The other 3 children don't have any land partitioned in their name. Now can we legally ask for the partition to be completed among all 5 and then they can enjoy their property which is in their name? This property is earned by GrandGrand's dad and not by my grandfather.

As per your version the Property in question forms the nomenclature of an Ancestral Property. And it is still joint and unpartitioned you can ask for partition of the same. You and your siblings will get the share which fell to the share of your Father out of the joint Property..
