sir court ordered my land case like this In this suit issues were framed on 09-12-2014, cheif affidavit of PW1 filed on 09-08-2016 and posted for cross of PW1 to 26-09-2016. Since then several adornments were given to cross examination of PW1. But inspite of several adornments no representation on behalf of plaintiff, Therefore, it is clearly revealing that the plaintiff is not interesting to proceed with the case. In the result the suit is dismissed for default. sir what is the meaning of it..
