I married an ST girl from Jharkhand and I am an OBC person from Bihar. She had some land in Ranchi city in her own name and she wants to sell it. I have some questions regarding the land. 1. Will her Caste transform. 2. Will the land be transformed into General land. 3. Can we sell the land which is on her name as the general land cost to another general category person?
