    Madam take the copy of Gift deed to the Revenue authority if land is agricultural you have approach Tashildhar or you can also Contact Village Accountant usual who will Maintain village records. In case land is situated in town or City approach Revenue department where Katha is issued. you will have write application for change of name of the Property and they will verify and do the needful.
