As per my rental agreement(11 months), I need to serve 2 months notice, which got lapsed in 31st aug'20, my owner wants me to vacate, I found a flat and planning to vacate in one month, which he's not ok, he wants me adhere two months notice, as the agreement is lapsed and he wants me to vacate, why I need to serve two months

as the time of agreement is over and if you wants to extend the period then you have to serve notice as per desire of landlord
