Legal Heir Property Dispute

Actually my grandfather passed away a year ago leaving a few properties( 2 commercial buildings, a house which is in his father's name, a business cycle store). My grandfather has 2 sons and a daughter. One of his sons is my father and he passed away 2 years ago. My uncle along with my aunty and grandmother occupied all my grandfather's properties and not giving me my share and they threw us away from the house. If I ask for my share they are scolding us back and harassing me to a bank loan which is in his name, Falsely accusing my father took that loan on his name. They are harassing us daily by calling us by giving me my part of share. If I go to the court how will I get my share and in what way is the property shared and how long does this procedure takes. FYI my father has two sons, my uncle has 1 son, my aunt has 1 son and 1 married daughter. Please I request you to give me a genuine opinion.
