All the persons who bought the plot from the builder are falling under the purview of \"THIRD PARTY\'S RIGHT\". As per the information provided by you, their is legal dispute between the owner of the land and the builder, so there must be a civil suit is pending between them as well as ,a suit must have been filed by the other buyers as well , so in this situation all you need is to participate any one of those suit , be a party of suit and claim your money or whatever relief you are looking for But in case if there is no such pending case or suit then you can initiate one against the builder by way of filling a suit . regards, Advocate Neha Roy Choudhury, Allahabad Highcourt,

Dear Sir, You cannot go Consumer Court because it involves civil dispute as such you have to approach Civil Court and if any suit is pending then you may implead yourself as a party.
