Lockin Period Termination

I along with my family rented a flat for 9.5k monthly and given 4 advance monthly cheques and deposit 50K to the owner. Now after living for a few days we came across lots of issues like leakage, plumbing issues , dirty water tanks because of which my kid got skin allergy and we had to get plumbing services that costed 3100 that owners refysed to pay even when he had agreed to pay before we moved in his flat. we want to vacate the flat before 6 months lockin period ends i.e duriing next month we have served him notice too. i want to know how to go about this. plz see after reading the rent agreement that registered i came to kniw that there's no mention of any clause as to what repurcussions or penalty i have to face if i vacate before lockin period ends. thank you
