I am from Bihar Bhagalpur, my dad had bought land of 5 katha in jegdispur anchal in the year 2000 and he forgets to do mutation. When we go to anchal for mutation of land in 2019 he refused to do mutation and ask about 2 lakh rupees. We go to DCLR by advocate and get decisions the decision is on my side. Sir no one is against till now me but when we go to anchal they refused and told we make commety and then we give a decision. Please help me with what will I do. Is any charge I should pay for mutation for late and is am eligible for mutation. I have a registry copy too

first of all move an application to the revenue department if no action taken in that case you should have to file a case in civil Court
