I have a flat in Building-A where number total flat is 20 with a different super build area. On the same land, there is another Building-B, which have built after Building-A. I have the following query against my said property: (a) Where should I approach to do mutation for my Undivided Share of Land? How the mutation document will mention the amount of land I owned. (b) Can the flat owners of Building-B, which have located in the same land and build after Building-B & different building sanction plan, claim our community hall as their community hall also. My request to you sir, please reply to the above mentioned query.

You individually can not get the land mutated or make any other alterations or amendments. It is for the owner of the Land to do so. Secondly the use and ownership of the Community Hall depends upon the nomenclature and arrangements made by the colonisers who developed the colony. Whole set of information lies with your Builder/colonisers.
