get the approval from development authority

Get the site plan prepared as per your proposed planning from a professional architect and apply to the building branch of the Municipal Corporation for getting it sanctioned. They will complete the formalities regarding measurement etc. as per the provisions building bye laws of Punjab Municipal Corporation Act and will sanction the plan.
