Hi, over the last several years I have invested several tens of lakhs into properties around Mumbai and Pune with the Expat group, a case against whom has recently been filed by EOW. However, I have two options now. 1) File a group complaint with the rest of those duped by Expat (we are connected via WhatsApp/email) which has Rs. 2000 as initial costs and more follow up costs 2) File an individual complaint to EOW (costs unknown, likely to be lesser) 3) File complaints with other authorities (consumer court if applicable). Please advice.
