Ownership Without Registration

There is a property in Greater Noida in which the builder has some dues dispute with govt. Now Some of the flats have possession but not registered with Noida authority. So till the case is going on in the court registration can't possible for these flats. In this case, if I purchase the flat then I can only take builder transfer. So is it advisable to purchase this property or it can be a problem in the future.
