Partition Of Property

Hi, I have a query regarding partition of a property. My father has a commercial building admeasuring 203 square yards i.e. 1827 square feet. The building consist of a ground floor, first floor and second floor. My father has decided to gift deed me the first and second floors of the building and rest i.e. ground floor will continue to be on my father's name. My question is how are the partition will be shown on the gift registered papers. Will that 203 square yards will be divided in to 3 parts like 67.66 square yards to my father for ground floor and rest 67.66+67.66 square yards for first and second floors on my name. Will this be the calculation or is there any other way of calculation. Please help me out with this. Thanks a lot in advance.
