passport verification by police

Question

we have two houses. At one house my parents and elder brother live where we take lunch and dinner. And i go to another house at night which is 100 mtrs away. Address in passport application was given of house where we take food. Police rejected passport application saying wrong address. Is there anything I can fo legally?

if you r giving your address proof copy of your parents house and mentioned in application this is my permanent address and another address is a temporary address then you get permanent solution.
