We have Identified property at Neredmet JJ Nagar, Malkajgiri with (G+2) independent house 55 Sq yd. The building has no permission since 20 years. We have agreed on vendor rate and when we ask him permission documents for loan purposes. He said permission is not required for JJ Nagar area it is Society. Please advise whether we can take property or not.

You should insist upon the documents and but it is definitely not there and you will have to quit the Agreement and deny under the valid ground to wriggle out of it.
