I have a 4BHK flat in Mumbai which has 5 balconies on the 16th floor and I want to put an iron grill to be safe (for my children) and later place windows to cover it completely. The RWA has no problems and as per my sale deed, I am adhering to no external protruding rods or grill. the outside color of the grill and windows also are the same color of the building (Light pink). Am I doing any wrong here or against the law? Please help.
