Possession Warant

Lower court passed order on possession warant. But in that warant proper description of property is not mentioned. DH had not submitted proper document which identify the property. can Jd file an application before lower court on this issue to cancel this possession warant. Is lower court has right to interfere in order when it is passed. or it is under higher court
