A person(A) has got his property from his father. A has five children alive. Partition have not yet been done among the children.Can(A)  let  one of his children to sell part of the property giving power of attorney without the knowledge of other 4 children.

power of attorney not a white page. power of attorney is a contract between two parties and many condition written in that agreement. So you must contact with a Lawyer and show all documents for his perusal.
