let say if A had made a sale cum agpa with possession to B .will B have all rights to make a sale of the property.in case if B made a sale to C with out A s notice is there way to cancel the sale made or cancellation of sale cum agpa with possession can be made by A.

This is my response to you: 1. If the AGPA does contain a sale clause then it is valid; 2. Also if the AGPA is not registered then the sale cannot be made; 3. Nonetheless A can file a suit and claim fraud and deceit; 4. It will be difficult for A to stake a claim, but he can take efforts.
