i had a owned a parental home on the name of my 58years old father, my father has a two floored tenament and in the ground floor we are living and my father allowe his brother to live on the first floor 15 years ago, after my grand parents death, because of mu uncles finacial condition is not good at that time, now i got martied and my father ask to find another place to settle because we want to use that entire home but they are not listning to us,in this situation what is the apporopriate way to get our house back. please guide me and whay is the time to complete the procedure.
