My father has a property registered in his name; which was given to him by his mother. Do i get a share in the property as his son, if i approach the court? As he is threatening to sell that property away from us?

It depends upon 1)how ur Grand ma's title (how she got the property) & 2) What nature of deed she executed in favour of ur father.. it will be too technical.. better give full details with documents and get correct opinion.. for further assistance plz book for consultation..
