My father sold our ancestral land property in Mumbai suburbs in 1993 without my consent when I was an adult. The buyer built chawls then & now he has sold it to a developer. The developer is doing redevelopment project there under SRA scheme. Can I file a civil suit against the developer to claim my share as a coparcener?
