it may depend on the nature of property which has owned by your father. .. then the matter will arise for succession. . keep the patients

if the property is self acquired then you can't do anything but it's ancestral then you have right to claim the share in the property.

यदि एफिडेविट में कोई बात असत्य है तो वह शून्य हो जाताहै।इसलिए उसका कोई मूल्य नही।लेकिन संपत्ति पिता की खुद की अर्जित है तो आपको बेदखल कर सकते हैं।लकिन संपत्ति आपके दादा से पिता को मिली है तो आपका भी बराबर का हक है।उन्हें बेदखल करने का अधिकार नही है।रही बात bad कंपनी की तो नैतिकता के आधार पर क्षमा कीजिये उन्हें ,आखिर पिता हैं हो सकता है वो नाराज़ है तो वज़ह तलाश कर दूर कीजिये।क्यूँ की कार्यवाही करेंगे तो कोई प्रभावी प्रावधान नही हैं।

if it is a disinheritance free then I will have to challenge it by way of filing a suit for declaration...anf if it is a simple affidavit then it can not attain legality untill it is registered before a magistrate.....in both conditions I will have to file suit challenging the doccument

you can not be disown from property with affidavit or publication in newspaper. Your father might have prepared affidavit just to threat you. For disowning from property they have to file suit for declaration. Moreover if property is ancestral property, then also your can not disown you. father and son relation is very versatile. so if your father is treating you like that it may be for your welfare. if property is self acquired property I.e. purchased by your father, in that case they have right to disown you by way of Will or filing suit for declaration. for further assistance contact 9888664900
