If the has put you in trouble you can ask for getting the flat vacated. The documents they posses does not give them the title or ownership of the property. Tenant will remain a Tenant and will not become owner. You confidently go for eviction proceedings. You will succeed and will get the vacant possession of the property. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.

Oral rental agreement is also recognised. Just file eviction suit claiming arrears of rent. He will run away.
