sir uncle died 30 year ago they have two girl child. my aunt got married to my father after my uncle's death. my mother was alive at that time. my grandfather died 6 year ago their farm land/property goes to my father. now my father and mother are also died and my uncle's daughter want property's distribute. are they valid or not.
