father om mother nita brought tony up as a son all evidence as on 10th certificate and else where tony is the son of om tony gets married and blessed with a son tipu who lives with om and nita from birth tipu school joining om and nita sign as grand father and grand mother suddenly in 1999 om dies due to lung cancer by that time tipu is of age 10 and tony tipu's father of age 38 om had taken a loan on his company and bought an excavator which tony was mannaging in madhya pradesh om wrote a will which was not disclosed to tony only he was told that om left every thing in nita's name in 1975 vikram was adopted by om and nita from his younger brother at that time tony came to know that he also is son of om's younger brother was brought to om's house in 1962 in conlusion om and nita were having no children both tony and vikram are his younger brother's children tony not adopted legally and vikram adopted legally in 2002 nita got vikram married to her younger sister's daughter there was no partition of property was done as nita was alive in 2015 nita died still vikram did not disclose the contents of nita's will and told tony that later we will divide the property having faith on vikram tony said ok know suddenly vikram got murdered in 2017 july and left behind his wife jyoti and son 13 years and daughter 10 years and property worth 50 crores and above after vikram's death his wife has changed colours and says everything belonged to her husband and know to me and my children on going in to detail nita and ramkrisna accontaant of om witness in the will of om played dirty in the will of om vikram has been mentioned as wed lock son of om and nita and tony was just brought up and is not their son all the property left by om is transfered in vikram's name by nita within one yera of om's death all this tony and tony's son tipu were not aware of how can tony and tony's son tipu claim the partition please help
