My friend who is in abroad had filed an OS and a criminal case. I have been told on the OS side the case has been going back and forth Between Arguments, summon and notice. He wants to engage with another lawyer and hence he wants to know what other stage are to make the case winnable and tentatively how long each stage may take and importantly what's the process of identifying another lawyer and what would be the fee for each subsequent stage? Also once the case be bought to the winnable stage would the judgment be used to strengthen the criminal side of the case and would the same Lawyer can help on criminal side as a public prosecutor is non Cooperative as similar to OS side lawyer in passive in communication Appreciate a stage and step by step detailed advice by provided so I could revert to be in touch for the next level of discussion.

Even without NOC you can change the advocate.

Gentleman, You apparently understand that it absolutely is not a legal proposition. But you have to be very cautious about the matter..Kindly depute someone to elicit the information from the concerned Court. Any Lawyer cannot will be at large without having been acquainted with the facts and records..Both the cases may have their effect on each other case but it depends, be not very sure.
