If a son is keeping the property documents with him and now decided to move our to the parents' house and wanted to hand over the property documents back to the parents before leaving the house but the parents are not in a position accepts the documents as they are not medical fit/well. In this case how to hand the document legally

It is not advisable to hand over the documents if the parents are not in proper and sound and proper frame of mind. But if You feel proper you can hand over the documents to any close relation whom you feel to responsible against the proper receipt.
