Hello.... Three years before I bought a DTCP approved land via EMI option from sundaram finance. And i paid every EMI from the last three years without fail.... Now because of lot of commitments i can't able to pay the EMIs. And i want to relieve from EMI. I don't worry about losing of the land..... So what will happen next?? what are the legal issues will i face?? Thanks....!

what is your period and out of which how much you paid. There is only one way ie if possible pay one time payment and close the lone. Legal problem is you will not get lone from other banks.
