Property In Name Of My Late Grandfather

Me and my parents with my uncle and her wife stay at a property in the name of my late grandfather.My father has 1 elder brother and 3 sisters. No one lives here except us and my uncle.My grandfather did not make a will before expiring.My father constructed our home here and we are living here for more than 27 years and give the municipality tax or property tax regularly.My question is about the procedure of mutation of tghis property and take it into my name.And also whether i can get a home extension loan for this property?
