We hold the property in Dadar, Mumbai area for the last 60 plus years. The property is in name of proprietary firm (which is formed by my grandfather) and established by my Grandfather. Now we wish to transfer the same to my Fathers name or to me(grandsons name) The reason to do so is the owner of the premise is giving us notice to sell/handover property to him with below market rate as its on proprietary firm's name. So what should we do. Thanks

No its not possible .take court order...if all r ready to sell then only u can sell ...if its good price. otherwise change name and hold it.. Send details of ur property documents so i ll suggest u
