The property being ancestral confers legal right upon your husband to get his share from the property. Your husband should file a Suit for Partition and get his share legally Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and contact me telephonically for further discussion and explanation if required.

Since the property was ancestral, consequently, your husband is entitled to a share as per the legal provision. your husband can file a civil suit for the partition of the property in the concerned court. Since your husband is a legal heir to the property, consequently, you & your daughters also have vested interest in the property. start the litigation at earliest as it is already late.

Yes. definitely. since the disputed property is an ancestral property as per your claim therefore all brothers have equal rights to claim their share. Your husband has equal right to claim his share in the same property. For this you have to file civil suit to partition in property by the aid of court. For future details kindly contact me.
