Property Issue

My family structure: my Late great grandfather and there 4 son's (ie my grand father's) and there son's(i.e my father and their siblings). Everything (i.e Properties) is in the name of my late great grandfather but some properties were registered in the name of there son's (i.e among my grand father's). But from the past 10-15 years daily there is a fight regarding the distribution of property but the same never happened and as time passed 2 among 4 my grand father's died. I have 2 issues: 1. My father's sibling from the past 4-5 years everyone is selling property as they like which was in there fathers name and now demanding the property which is in the name of my grandfather. 2. Property which is in the name of my grandfather is occupied by the elder brother of my father. My father asked the division for that as a result my father's elder brother and his sons are applying mental pressure and doing coercion on my father We want to get separated and want our part of the property.
