Dear sir my grandfather have three brothers and hold the property belongs to all of 3 but the property in the name of the big brother now all the three grandfather died my big grandfather have 2 sons and whole the property in the name of their father so now they r telling they not give property to us and giving life warning like we will murder u like this so that property belongs to my grandfather also so what to do

now due to amendment of provision property of your grandfather not include in benami transaction act so you can file the suit in Civil Court for declaration of title and you have to make party to all the grandfather's? and have to proof in court that this property is not purchased by only income of your big grandfather? this property purchase by joint income?
