Asked in Property
I have replied your earlier answer to question. your question is now start from if( conditional sentence) incident has not been occured till now by your cousin.
you should bring the suit of permanent injunction & declaration with join temporary injunction application. then he never sell ancestors property to third person but before you prove the case property is ancestors, undivided and your share in that property.
if your property is ancestors then you have become one of the shareholder of the property.
firstly give nature of the property either ancestors or self acquired then after I will properly suggest.
as per last will of ur grand father you have right in that property. if ur cousin not agree to give ur that property than u have to file civil suit for that property
