Hi, my father owns a commercial property which consists of ground floor, first floor and second floor. My father has decided to gift deed first and second floor of the property to me. I am the only child for my parents. Can we use my mother as one of the witness while registering the gift deed. Is there any binefit doing so? Thanks a lot in advance.
