There are 5 sisters in a family. 4 of them are married and 1 is a divorcee staying with parents for the last 20 years. The parents died and had 2 houses in their name which were jointly made into 1. One house is registered in the name of the divorcee sister and another one is in the parent's name. One of the sisters who are married is claiming her 1/5th of share in the house registered on parents' names but the divorcee sister is not willing to give. What can be done?

Since the Property stands in the names of deceased parents all the legal heirs have their right on the said property. According to the prevailing law All the five sisters have right to the extent of 1/5th share in the said house.
