I have a plot in Kannur, Kerala. It is our ancestral land but we have not made any boundary/ fencing for the property. Behind my plot 2 houses have been constructed by their respective owners. And they have been using my plot to cross the road and reach their houses. so, I have decided to build a concrete wall for my plot. but the people residing behind my plot have put an objection to panchayat saying that if the wall is built how they will reach their house from the road..since my plot is road touch property. They are asking to divide my plot for giving them access. Kindly advise why should I sacrifice my land. They did not take permission from me before they build there houses being my plot. Now my should I need permission for building boundary asking my plot?
