Property Rights

If a person buys a land in the name of his wife and brother's wife out of the sale proceeds of his other property ( Following fact available in his ITR since he has shown capital gain and claimed deduction u/s 54F) Then can he claim his right on the property in case of dispute or later his children can ask to transfer such property in thier name rather sharing it with thier cousin i.e. Brother's children. What will be the answer if consideration is paod in the ratio of 90:10 by both co owner but such fact is not mentioned on sale deed and either their share has mentioned on deed but there is evidence available regarding amount paid by each co owner.
