Property Rights After Death Of Owner

Hi, I have 1 property in Delhi in joint name of me and my wife. We are residing in the same. I have another property in Gurgaon and I am the sole owner of the same. Just got the possession of that flat last week. Now my query is: a) How Delhi and Gurgaon property will be handled in case of my death. I have already written a Will but not registered it. In Will, its mentioned that the properties will go to Wife. Pls suggest. Regards, Rajiv
