My father has a property registered in his name, which was given to him by his mother. Do I and my brother get a share in it as his sons, if we approach the court? Because he is threatening to sell that property. He wants to separate from my mother and us and keep all the money, he gets out of that property to himself. Please help ðŸ™ðŸ¼

You can't claim ur fathers self acquired property.. Itz depends on his discretion you have no ryt over dat prprty

Dear Sir, During his lifetime it is his self acquired property and you have no claim over such property.

In case your father has got the property by registered deed you have no right of share. He can sell the property.
